ASSESSMENT
Our affiliate organization, BeamPines, Inc. (www.beampines.com), a nationally recognized Human Resource consulting firm, specializes in assessing and coaching organizations and individual executives. These skills provide our clients with, when necessary, an excellent perspective on how the personal characteristics of a candidate match the needs of the position and the culture of the organization.
In addition, to ensure fit and the successful integration of the candidate, a BeamPines psychologist is available to assess the final candidate(s). The psychologist will provide the client with an independent formal recommendation regarding both the present position and the future potential of the candidate.
